Bloody First Look at 'The Frankenstein Syndrome'

Starring Tiffany Shepis (Night of the Demons, The Violent Kind), Louis Mandylor, Patti Tindall, Scott Anthony Leet is Sean Tretta's The Frankenstein Syndrome. "A beautiful young stem-cell researcher, Elizabeth Barnes (Tiffany Shepis, Nightmare Man, the upcoming Night of the Demons remake) joins a secret research group attempting to develop a stem-cell based universal healing serum. Despite opposition from the project leaders Marcus Grone (Louis Mandylor, My Big Fat Greek Wedding) and Dr. Victoria Travelle (Patti Tindall, The Graves), she quickly develops a serum that can bring the dead back to life - but with horrific results. Distraught, Elizabeth tries to leave the project, but the project's financier (film vet Ed Lauter) orders Marcus to hold the research team captive until their research is complete. When one of the project's security guards (Scott Leet, Freeway Killer) is murdered and then re-animated, the team must contend with a man who at first is like a child, but quickly becomes something much, much more..."

Highland Film Group just tipped us off to their trailer and art for Limptooth, directors Maclain Nelson and Matt Jespersen's indie pic starring Adam Johnson, Julie Gonzalo, Gary Cole (Office Space) and Maclain Nelson. " Wayne Gretzky (no relation) is a vampire who can't grow his teeth. His impotence began when he inadvertently killed Mary Lipinsky, the love of his life, 300 years ago. To take his mind off the pain, he teaches college history - who better? Attempting to regain his full power, he enlists help from his friend and colleague, Dr. Levine (Gary Cole). Nothing works until a new semester brings freshman Chris Keller. She's a dead ringer for Mary and they have a lurid affair, while rumors fly around the campus. But it all sours when he turns Chris into a vampire and her newfound bloodlust spins out of control in a bloody rampage, making the rumors a little too real."
