Casey Becker Returns (Sort of) In Scream 4

With all of the speculation around Scream 4's storyline, this interesting set photo fits right in.

Wes Craven offered this photo via his Twitter page, which features him alongside a familiar body. No word yet on how this ties into the story, but the rumor is that the film will feature some sort of "Stab" party where the participants take turns stabbing at this dummy of poor Casey Becker (who was, of course, played by Drew Barrymore in the first film's infamous opening sequence).

Scream 4 Synopsis
The horror series that reignited the genre and grossed more than $500 million worldwide is back! From Kevin Williamson, creator of the original Scream trilogy, the new film sees the return of cast members Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, and David Arquette along with a group of new stars, who can all hopefully stay alive long enough to figure out the new rules to this one-of-a-kind horror franchise!
