| Take a Look Into 'Mirrors II' In New Images Posted: 27 Jul 2010 10:43 AM PDT Updated with two exclusive images. Just in time for Halloween, the highly-anticipated, heart-pounding sequel Mirrors 2 debuts exclusively on Blu-ray and DVD October 19 from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment. When Max, a recovering addict, takes a job as a nighttime security guard, he begins to see visions of a young mysterious woman in the stores mirror. The terrifying results push audiences to the edge-of-their-seats in this white-knuckle horror film directed by Spanish filmmaker Victor Garcia (Return to House on Haunted Hill, El Ciclo). Included with both the Mirrors 2 Blu-ray and DVD release is Into the Mirror, the original Korean film in which the contemporary horror classic is based, about a series of gruesome deaths in a department store all involving mirrors. |

| Full Details For Blue Underground's 'Maniac' Blu-ray Posted: 27 Jul 2010 10:06 AM PDT In the last piece of Blue Underground news for the day the studio has announced the DVD and Blu-ray release of Bill Lustig's most controversial film, Maniac. DVD Active reports that the Blu-ray release will include 7.1 DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby Digital Surround EX and Dolby Surround 2.0 audio options, while the DVD will feature 6.1 DTS-ES, Dolby Digital Surround EX and Dolby Surround 2.0 audio options. | 'The Human Centipede' OFFICIALLY Announced For Blu-ray Posted: 27 Jul 2010 09:53 AM PDT Just a day after catching wind of this hilarious faux promo, IFC Independent Films has revealed Tom Six's The Human Centipede is coming to Blu-ray on October 5. High-Def Digest reports that the specs and supplements haven't been revealed yet, but suggested price for the Blu-ray is $29.98. The film is about a psychotic doctor who has a penchant for surgically linking his victims together to create a human centipede. |
