Post Production Begins on 'The Collapsed' Posted: 20 Sep 2010 02:13 PM PDT Canadian production company Unstable Ground has just wrapped production of director Justin McConnell's upcoming post‐apocalyptic horror/thriller The Collapsed. Post‐production now begins, with a cut ready for later this year. The film was shot over 3 weeks using the RED One camera, with the new 4.5K mode, in a natural 2.35:1 CinemaScope ratio. The first trailer will be available in October. Check out some first stills inside. "In the wake of the end of the world, a family of four desperately tries to survive against insurmountable odds. Their goal: escaping the city and traveling to the rural community they once called home, Dover's Bend. The constant threat of a violent death forcing them to stay as far away from civilization as possible, they take to the forest, soon to discover the danger posed by other survivors may be the least of their worries." |
