Naughty Bear is a grisly psychopath slicing a path of manipulation and terror across a cartoon world of otherwise blissful teddy bears on the Island of Perfection. The other bears have gotten away with blaming Naughty Bear for everything that has gone wrong on the island — until now.

Naughty Bear tells the tale of one demented teddy bear's ruthless efforts to torment and harass the inhabitants of the Island of Perfection. Gamers will engage in sadistic scuffles with hapless stuffed animals from all corners of the toy box, waging psychological warfare on unsuspecting victims. Hellbent on exacting revenge against everything cute and fluffy, Naughty Bear will be available on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft on June 29th.

  • An Entire Island of Mischief to Unlock: The debauchery transpires on a large island divided into four different areas, locked or unlocked depending on the level and skill of each gamer. There are a total of 28 levels to unlock by obtaining top scores and achievements as gamers move through the island and destroy each stuffing-filled foe that crosses their path.

The Twilight Saga: New Moon a "Surprise" Winner at MTV Movie Awards / New Eclipse Footage

Who would have thought after sweeping last year's MTV Movie Awards that Twilight could come back and make it two years in a row? But that's exactly what the saga of sparkling vampires and underwearwolves did last night with the sequel New Moon picking up every top honor and winning in every single category it was nominated. And with three more Twilight films to come, the franchise appears poised to become the 1972 Miami Dolphins of the MTV Movie Awards.

Not even the $2 billion worldwide box office of Avatar could stop the Twilight juggernaut as New Moon took the top prize of Best Movie. Taylor Lautner's impeccable abs proved no match for Robert Pattinson's impenetrable eyebrows as Pattinson walked away with the Best Actor award for the 1/4th of New Moon he actually appeared in. A most likely stoned out of her mind Kristen Stewart accepted her acting prize for her blank staring performance as the worst female role model in modern cinema by dropping her golden popcorn statue and muttering, "I guess Twilight is really awesome, and I agree." Pattinson and Stewart also shared the stage to co-accept the award for Best Kiss. Expect these awards to repeat in the same order for the next 2-3 years.

The Twilight Saga: New Moon a

Many considered Anna Kendrick's "Best Breakout Star" win for her Oscar-nominated role in Up in the Air a surprise but I strongly suspect it was her minor supporting work as Bella's friend Jessica in the Twilight films that truly earned her the award. Come on - does anyone really believe for a second that the audience voting for the MTV Movie Awards has ever seen Up in the Air?

The horror genre was further represented at this year's show when current romcom darling Amanda Seyfried won the "Best Scared as Shit" award for her turn in the critically panned box office flop Jennifer's Body, beating out Alison Lohman (Drag Me to Hell), Sharlito Copley (District 9), Jesse Eisenberg (Zombieland), and Katie Featherton (Paranormal Activity).

In non-Twilight news, Sandra Bullock was given a lifetime achievement award for her body of work, such as Two if by Sea, The Net, Speed 2, Premonition, In Love and War, and All About Steve.

The night's full list of winners was as follows:

Best Movie: The Twilight Saga: New Moon

Best Male Performance: Robert Pattinson (New Moon)

Best Female Performance: Kristen Stewart (New Moon)

Best Kiss: Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson (New Moon)

Best Breakout Star: Anna Kendrick (Up in the Air)

Best Scared as Shit Performance: Amanda Seyfried (Jennifer's Body)

Best Villain: Tom Felton (Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince)

Best WTF Moment: Ken Jeong (The Hangover)

Biggest Badass Star: Rain (Ninja Assassin)

Best Comedic Performance: Zach Galifianakis (The Hangover)

In other horror-related news, a good portion of this year's MTV Movie Awards appeared to be dedicated to hyping the upcoming second season of the pop culture vomitorium known as "Jersey Shore".

Check out the latest clip from The Twilight Saga: Eclipse that MTV sprang on all the kids and cougars in the audience below.

    100 Feet (2008)

While this is a fairly new movie, 100 Feet is definitely not the average fare for a typical haunting. If you like ghost tales then this one might be right up your alley, but be warned that it is pretty brutal even though it has already been shown on TV in the United States. The [...]

Blu-ray/DVD Specs and Cover Art for The Vampire Diaries

Season One of "The Vampire Diaries" is officially over, and if you're someone who dismissed it as just another teen angst vamp lite offering (trust us, it isn't), August 31st will be your chance to see if you were right or not as that's the day Warner Home Video is releasing the Blu-ray and DVD box sets.

First, a short synopsis of the series:

"For over a century, I have lived in secret. Until now. I know the risk, but I have to know her." Dark, brooding, pulsing with bloodlust and transcendent with romance, 'The Vampire Diaries' – which started as a series of must-read novels by L.J. Smith – has become a must-watch television hit. Season One offers unforgettable characters, living and undead. They are vampire brothers Stefan and Damon, one good and one evil; Elena, a double for the beauty both brothers loved some 150 years earlier; plus Elena' brother Jeremy, witch-in-training Bonnie, good guy Matt, and more denizens of Mystic Falls, VA. All are caught up in a spellbinding web of secrets, passion, and terror.

All 22 episodes are included plus the following special features:

  • Into Mystic Falls: Bringing Vampire Lore and the High School Experience from Page to Screen
  • When Vampires Don't Suck!: The Popularity of Vampires and the Fans Who Love Them
  • "The Vampire Diaries": A New Breed of Vampires -- Casting the Series
  • "The Vampire Diaries": Vampires 101 – The Rules of the Vampire

    Azathoth

When age fell upon the world, and wonder went out of the minds of men; when grey cities reared to smoky skies tall towers grim and ugly, in whose shadow none might dream of the sun or of Spring's flowering meads; when learning stripped the Earth of her mantle of beauty and poets sang no more of twisted phantoms seen with bleared and inward looking eyes; when these things had come to pass, and childish hopes had gone forever, there was a man who traveled out of life on a quest into spaces whither the world's dreams had fled.

Of the name and abode of this man little is written, for they were of the waking world only; yet it is said that both were obscure. It is enough to say that he dwelt in a city of high walls where sterile twilight reigned, that he toiled all day among shadow and turmoil, coming home at evening to a room whose one window opened not to open fields and groves but on to a dim court where other windows stared in dull despair. From that casement one might see only walls and windows, except sometimes when one leaned so far out and peered at the small stars that passed. And because mere walls and windows must soon drive a man to madness who dreams and reads much, the dweller in that room used night after night to lean out and peer aloft to glimpse some fragment of things beyond the waking world and the tall cities. After years he began to call the slow sailing stars by name, and to follow them in fancy when they glided regretfully out of sight; till at length his vision opened to many secret vistas whose existance no common eye suspected. And one night a mighty gulf was bridged, and the dream haunted skies swelled down to the lonely watcher's window to merge with the close air of his room and to make him a part of their fabulous wonder.

There came to that room wild streams of violet midnight glittering with dust of gold, vortices of dust and fire, swirling out of the ultimate spaces and heavy perfumes from beyond the worlds. Opiate oceans poured there, litten by suns that the eye may never behold and having in their whirlpools strange dolphins and sea-nymphs of unrememberable depths. Noiseless infinity eddied around the dreamer and wafted him away without touching the body that leaned stiffly from the lonely window; and for days not counted in men's calandars the tides of far spheres that bore him gently to join the course of other cycles that tenderly left him sleeping on a green sunrise shore, a green shore fragrant with lotus blossums and starred by red camalotes...
